SMALL BUT MIGHTY

You will only ever work with the best.

Hello, I’m Mel Stewart. I’ve lived and loved tourism marketing for over a decade now…

I’ve worked across all facets of the Tourism industry – Since graduating with a Bachelor of Commerce (marketing and public relations majors) and a diploma in Tourism Management – I’ve has spent the past eleven years gaining quality experience in all facets of hotel, tourism and destination marketing.

All over the country – Having marketed iconic destinations including Ayers Rock, the Great Ocean Road, Tropical North Queensland, and working with tourism brands such as Voyages Ayers Rock Resort, Tourism Australia – I totally understands consumer behaviour and the consumer’s buying journey.

I live, breathe (and sleep) marketing strategy –  I’m a curious thinker whose sleep is literally interrupted with the thoughts of how our industry can push the boundaries and do better marketing.

Hello, I’m Tim Davies, I’m a bit of a data nerd with a deep background in business leadership and growth. Here’s a bit more about me…

I’ve led one of Australia’s fastest growing companies – A bit of a serial SME business leader with a proven record in digital marketing and business growth. My experience includes leading an Australian company to BRW’s fastest 100 growing private companies list. No mean feat at all….

I have a bent for technology – I hold a Bachelor of Technology from RMIT (with a near perfect, 3.9 GPA – yes, it killed me being so close). I can code, but I definitely wouldn’t call myself a programmer. However, these skills coupled with previous experience on traditional agency side, does make me a great conduit to communicate scope and requirements for our clients with the agencies implementing the work (such as building websites).

I’ve managed a leading Tourism operator – I’ve also worked on the industry operator side, as  General Manager of one of Australia’s biggest indoor trampoline and climbing parks. Leading the business from breaking-ground through to becoming one of the must-do tourist experiences in the Geelong & Bellarine region.
